These are the terms that govern your keytogel account, gameplay, deposits, withdrawals, and use of our platform. By creating an account on keytogel, you agree to these terms. We operate our platform under jurisdiction-restricted access—our services are available only where local law permits. Deposits via e-wallet typically settle within minutes. Bank transfers may take one business day depending on your bank's processing time. Our keytogel Bonus and Promotion Terms

keytogel may offer promotions, welcome bonuses, or seasonal rewards. Any bonus offer is made at our sole discretion and subject to specific terms published at the time of the promotion. Bonuses are not guaranteed and may be withdrawn or modified without notice. We reserve the right to refuse a bonus to players we suspect of bonus abuse or collusion.

Disputes reported after these windows may not be investigated.

If you remain unsatisfied after our investigation, you may escalate your dispute to our compliance officer (contact via in-app support). Escalation does not guarantee a reversal but ensures a senior review of the facts.

Account Restrictions and Suspension on keytogel

We reserve the right to suspend or close your keytogel account if we suspect fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, money laundering, or violation of these terms. Suspension decisions are made at our sole discretion. If your account is suspended, your balance is frozen. You may request a withdrawal of your frozen balance if your account was suspended before any fraud or violation was confirmed; keytogel will process this withdrawal subject to KYC verification.

Accounts may be restricted if they remain inactive for 12 consecutive months. Inactive accounts are not deleted; they are marked dormant. You can reactivate a dormant account by logging in and updating your payment method. Funds in dormant accounts are held indefinitely.

Self-imposed restrictions (voluntary account locks) are not available on keytogel. If you wish to take a break, simply do not log in and do not deposit. Your account will remain active but dormant. If you need help managing your account activity, contact our support team.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

keytogel services are available only where local law permits. We do not offer our services in jurisdictions where online wagering is prohibited. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which keytogel is registered. Any legal action arising from your use of keytogel must be brought in that jurisdiction's courts. You agree to submit to that jurisdiction's exclusive jurisdiction and venue.

If any portion of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining portions remain in effect. keytogel's failure to enforce any term does not constitute a waiver of that term.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective 30 days after publication in your keytogel account dashboard. Your continued use of keytogel after the 30-day notice period constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not accept the changes, you must close your account before the effective date.
